1. introduction
The tipping bucket mechanism is a double row, single drive chain
bucket mechanism, and the chain is a military tank chain with a
pitch of 203mm. The bucket body is made of wear-resistant material
nm400, and the original steel quality inspection report shall be
provided with the goods. The back plate of the chain bucket
mechanism is installed, and the bottom part is equipped with a
scraper cleaning device. The scraper is 30mm thick and 800mm wide
and is connected with the "s" plates on both sides. Through the
rapid operation of the cart, the cart can be cleaned and the
knife-edge can be protected from scratching the cart. The cleaning
rate is greater than 99%. Ensure that the remaining quantity in the
trunk is less than 1 ton. The lifting height of the chain bucket is
designed according to the current 60t/70t standard wagon, and the
static position will not affect the passage of the whole train
wagon.
Luffing winch mechanism
The composition and arrangement of the luffing winch mechanism. The

The luffing mechanism is composed of a motor, disc or wheel brake,
coupling, hard tooth reducer, drum device, upper pulley device,
etc. The structure type of single motor, single reducer, single
drum, and double brakes is adopted.
There are limits for both hoisting and lowering at the extreme
position.
The drum is made of Q345B, welded and formed, and has a short shaft
structure. When the drum is welded in sections, the circumferential
butt weld shall be subject to 100% ultrasonic flaw detection. Heat
treatment shall be conducted after welding to eliminate stress. NDT
for stub shaft.
There should be at least 2.5 turns of steel wire rope remaining on
the drum when the chain bucket is lowered to the limited position.
The clamp for the steel wire rope is mounted on the side of the
drum not less than four.
The fixed pulley device adopts the binding pulley, which is placed
on the upper plane of the trolley frame, keeping maintenance space.
The ratio of wire rope diameter to the pulley and drum rope groove
diameter shall meet the requirements of the crane design code.
