the screw ship unloader, the rotation of the fuselage, the pitch of
the horizontal arm, and the swing of the vertical arm make the
reclaiming device reach any position in the cabin, and the
reclaiming device has the functions of automatic loosening and
tunneling. Therefore, regardless of the fluidity of the materials,
the ship unloader can approach the full load continuously before
there is only a material layer 30cm ~ 50cm thick from the cabin

Strong adaptability to cargo and ship type. The screw unloader can
be used to unload various powder, granular, and block materials.
When unloading some materials that are compacted or even form a
hard shell after being transported by sea, such as chemical
fertilizer, cement, and potassium salt, the reverse reclaiming
screw or loosening knife installed outside the reclaiming device
has the function of loosening the materials and can well meet the
unloading requirements. The vertical section size of the screw ship
unloader is small, and the auxiliary mechanisms such as walking,
slewing, pitching, and swinging ensure the flexible action of the
ship unloader. It can be suitable for various types of barges and
seagoing ships.
Less environmental pollution. The material conveying system of the
screw ship unloader is fully enclosed. There is no material dust
flying and no leakage of material or material smell during ship
unloading. For the unloading of materials that are easy to pollute
the air, such as cement, pulverized coal, chalk powder, potassium
salt, ammonium phosphate, and so on, the use of a screw ship
unloader is particularly advantageous. The noise of the screw ship
unloader is also small, and the sound level can be controlled below
60dB.
